All intellectual property created by VR Digitech shall remain our property until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables may be transferred to the Client, unless otherwise specified.
8.2 Portfolio Use
We reserve the right to:

- Use project details for marketing purposes
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
This obligation shall survive termination of the agreement.
10. Third-Party Services

- Payment gateways
- APIs and integrations
We are not responsible for:
- Downtime or failures of third-party services
- Changes in third-party policies or pricing
11. Data Protection
We implement reasonable measures to protect client data. However:
- No system is completely secure
- Clients are responsible for maintaining backups
We shall not be liable for data loss caused by external factors beyond our control.
12. Maintenance and Support
- Maintenance services are only provided if explicitly agreed
- Additional support shall be charged separately
- We are not responsible for issues caused by unauthorized modifications
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VR Digitech shall not be liable for:

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the services.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
- Error-free or uninterrupted services
- Specific business outcomes or results
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VR Digitech from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
- Your misuse of services
- Violation of these Terms
- Infringement of third-party rights
16. Termination
16.1 By VR Digitech
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- These Terms are violated
- Payments are not made
- Illegal or harmful activities are detected
16.2 By Client
Clients may terminate services by providing written notice. Payment for completed work shall remain due.
17. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Internet or infrastructure failures
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located at:

19. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute:
- Parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably
